Working With G Squared Pizza (Again!)

Working with G Squared Pizza was a pleasure.

Garrett Ghoering from G Squared Pizza hired the Austin Food Guide team to create new shots for their upcoming gelato and sandwich lines. Garrett had some very specific ideas about what he wanted to achieve. He wanted fun, playful, bold, and colorful shots that spoke to his product’s quality. He had a strong vision for what he wanted, and we had a blast bringing it all together. This shoot was by far one of our favorite shoots to date.

We love getting to work with people like this who have a great passion for what they do.

Garrett wanted his customers to imagine themselves sitting in a cute Italian gelato cafe on a warm summer day, so we chose a blue background for this food photoshoot because it represents youth, fun, and great vibes. Garrett said, “I want the colors to jump off the computer screen.” Our food stylist, Dani, did an amazing job bringing the whole vision together. Garrett wanted to show that you don’t have to be in Italy to enjoy your favorite Italian flavors. We picked fun and funky props like old vintage newspapers, brown paper bags, and small silver spoons.

Conclusion

Working with G Squared Pizza is always a pleasure, and we are honored he chose to work with us again. It was a privilege to spend time in their world and experience their artistry firsthand. I highly recommend you pop in and see them if you ever get the chance!
